  • Deciding what to wear can be hard; that’s why we always recommend the Additional Look option when booking your session.

    Solid colors and simple patterns always photograph best, avoiding bold logos or busy prints. Check out our blog for more tips and tricks for getting your best headshot.

  • Yes, we provide event photography on an hourly basis for both private and corporate events. In addition to headshots and conference coverage, we also offer portrait photography for editorial, advertising, and commercial projects.

Individual Headshots

  • We do our best to accommodate, but sessions fill up quickly. Use our online scheduler to check real-time availability. If your preferred time is not available, please email us, and we will find you a spot!

  • Standard turnaround for individual headshots is 5 business days, but rush delivery (same-day or next-day proofs) is available!

    Please let our studio manager know your specific timeline.

  • We want you to love your images. If something feels off, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.

  • Yes. All final images include professional retouching. We focus on natural, clean edits that look polished without looking overdone.

 

Companies & Enterprise

  • Yes! On-site sessions are available for Business and Enterprise clients throughout the Chicago and Milwaukee metro area. We also can travel nationally!

  • We’ve reimagined the headshot experience with on-the-spot file selection and file delivery, powered by our one-of-a-kind proprietary software. Each participant receives a personalized gallery within seconds by simply scanning a QR code after their session. From their smartphone, they can view, download, and choose images for retouching instantly—no waiting, no back-and-forth.

    Our workflow eliminates the need for spreadsheets, email chains, and manual sorting—delivering a smooth, professional, and scalable solution ideal for teams, conferences, and corporate events.

  • For teams of 10+, we recommend 2–4 weeks’ lead time. Larger enterprise shoots may require 6–8 weeks for full coordination.

  • Absolutely. We offer add-on single sessions at a discounted rate for clients who've completed a team package.

  • Yes, we can provide individual galleries for team members to view their photos. Please just let us know at the time of booking.

  • Yes. In addition to photography, we offer professional video coverage for conferences, corporate events, and on-site interviews. Video services are coordinated and produced with the same streamlined approach as our photography, making it easy for clients to work with a single trusted team.
